Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Greet at airport & transfer to hotel. You willhave free time at leisure but our guide will be able to offer adviceand assistance as required. Accom. at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Hanoi full day city tour (08 -09 hours): Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and public parks,is the capital of Vietnam. It is a very attractive city with Frenchstyle buildings and less traffic than other cities in Asia. Visit to HoChi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoan KiemLake.

Afternoon, visit the impressive Museum of Ethnology. The30 minutes cyclo tour will be arranged to visit Hanoi Old Quarters,stop at Opera House & St Joseph Cathedral for taking the pictures.Accom.at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 3: Mai Chau Trek (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart Hanoi for Mai Chau andbegin trekking. The verdant and rugged mountain scenery combined withthe colorful local population makes this on unforgettable experience.We stay overnight as the guests of an H' mong family in a traditionallong house.

Day 4: Mai Chau Trek (B/L/D)

Breakfast is served at home. Today we get well andtruly off the beaten track as we trek through tropical rain forest,using the local tracks and passing through cornfields as we descend into Mai Chau Valley. The trek usually takes around 7 hours and is quitesteep in places. Overnight with Thai family in stilt house.

Day 5: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B/L)

We trek for a couple pf hours passing throughseveral more Thai hamlets on the valley before we return to Hanoi.Accom. at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight On Boat (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart for Ha Long city -170km east of Hanoi. Ha Long Bay has been recognized by UNESCO as aWorld Heritage Site since 1994.
Arrive the boat station in Halong, board your junk boat followed by Welcome drink and lunch.
Cruiseto explore "the bay of Dragon" with it most typical highlights: ThienCung cave, Dau Go cave, Tuan Chau islet, Dog islet, fighting cock....Sea-bathing at the white sandy beach on Titov island - a favorite placefor swim
Later in the afternoon, admire sunset, fishing and rowing basket boat.
Dinner and overnight on boat.

Day 7: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B/L)

Breakfast at sunrise. Continue the cruise throughthe stone forest on the water, row basket boat to Luon grotto Seafoodlunch before cruising back to the pier.
After lunch, disembark andreturn by car to Hanoi. Car may stop on the way for a short break atHong Ngoc workshop - where you can find the traditional products likeembroidery, silk clothes and Jewry... made by the disabled children.
16: 00 Arrive your hotel in Hanoi. In the evening we board the famous.

Reunification Express for our southbound train to Hue. Overnight on train.

Day 8: Hue (B)

Breakfast on train. We arrive Vietnam's formercapital in the morning. We then have a guided tour of the Citadel,containing the Imperial City, the royal Tomb of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh.Accom. at hotel in Hue.

Day 9: Hue - Hoi An (B)

Breakfast at hotel. This morning we have a dragonboat cruise down The Perfume visiting Thien Mu pagoda en route. Laterwe drive up the spectacular Hari Van Pass and down to Hoi An. Accom. athotel in Hoi An.

Day 10: Hoi An (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning orientation tour ofHoi An' s historic old quarter. The remainder of the day is free.Accom. at hotel in Hoi An.

Day 11: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure till transfer to Danang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (Old Saigon, and now written up as HCMC). Greet at airport & transfer to hotel.

Afternoon:transfer to the main section of the old city, short stop at the classicPost Office, the Catholic Church called Notre Dame De Paris, visit tothe former Presidential Palace, then shopping at Tay Son Lacquerwareworkshop or Binh Tay whole sales market. Accom. at hotel in HCMC.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi - Tay Ninh (B/L)

Breakfast at hotels. Morning: we start 2 hourdrive to Tay Ninh, the headquarters for the Cao Dai Sect, whose patronsaints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill. Attend amidday ceremony at Cao Dai Church. Lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon:continue to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels - an amazing network of tunnelswhich stretched for over 250 kilometers, were three levels deep, givethe visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life inthe American war was like. Late afternoon: return to Ho Chi Minh City.Accom. at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh - Vinh Long - Mekong Delta (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive southward to Vinh Long - a vivid town of Mekong delta.
Uponarrival, visit some typical workshops, experience daily life of thelocal residence. Tonight we will be accommodated with a local family intheir house on stilts. Mattresses, mosquito nets and pillows areprovided. This is a unique opportunity to closely observe life in theDelta.

Day 14: Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City (B/D)

Breakfast at home followed by a boat ride on theMekong river which will offer you a glimpse into the agrarian life ofthe vibrant southern Delta region. From your boats, you are able toclosely observe the daily rituals of river life and participate in thebustling commerce activities as we buy our fruits from the floatingmarket. Along the way, we will visit an orchard farm, handicraftvillage, and the land market abundant in colorful fresh fruits andvegetables.

Afternoon: return to Ho Chi Minh city forovernight. where the remainder of the day is free. In the evening wehave a farewell dinner. Accom. at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B)

The tour finishes after breakfast. There will be a transfer waiting to take you to the airport for your departure flight.
